Delivery area

From December 8, 2021 home delivery is free from 60€ of purchase on tbs.fr. Below €60 of purchase, the costs are €4.90 for simple home delivery with Colissimo. The home delivery concerned by this new provision is made only in metropolitan France, subject to the provisions mentioned below.
The products will be sent to the delivery address that the CUSTOMER has indicated during the ORDER process.

As of December 23, 2020, following the decisions taken by England regarding BREXIT, we are no longer able to register and ship all orders to England. Delivery is therefore suspended to this country.

Shipping method

With TBS, you benefit from 5 delivery methods. You can be delivered within 48 hours after shipping your package via express delivery.
If your order is placed before 11:30 a.m. on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

* Chronopost service + delivery: By indicating your mobile number (when creating your delivery address), you will be notified by SMS the day before of the delivery of your package. If you wish, you can choose to reschedule it or have your parcel available at the local point of your choice by going to chronopost.fr until midnight.

Delay of shipping

TBS processes orders from Monday to Friday (except holidays), within an average of 48 hours. At certain periods (especially during sales periods), the processing time may be longer due to the greater number of orders to be processed.
It is necessary to add to this period the transport times practiced by La Poste, the delivery of the orders being ensured by the parcel service of La Poste.

The maximum delivery time, including transport, is 15 working days from the date of validation of the ORDER, unless expressly stipulated otherwise indicated before placing the ORDER and prior to its final validation. In all cases, the CUSTOMER automatically receives an email informing him of the dispatch and the follow-up of his order.

Each delivery will be deemed to have been made as soon as the PRODUCT has been made available to the CLIENT, by the postal service or by the carrier.
